Thermoanalytical investigations have been made of derivatives of hydroxy(alkoxy)hexyldiarylamines and metal-complex compounds, The results have shown that these compounds effectively improve the thermo-oxidative stability of pentaerythrite ether, raising the temperature at which it begins to break down, and can be recommended as oxidation inhibitors for synthetic oils.
