A study has been made of the relationships governing the conversion of n-hexane on zeolite TsVN and its specimens steam-treated at 600 degrees C. It is shown that the differences in the cracking rates with different conversions in the range X = 10-20% on zeolites may be very pronounced. Quantitative estimates have been obtained for the activity of the specimens studied, and the influence of the heat and steam treatment time on the catalytic properties of TsVN has been established.
