Measurements of the samples of compressed air from units supplying it for medical, measurement, and industrial purposes were made with diffusion battery, combined with condensation counter and sensitive optic counters (aerosol particle with cut off diameter below 0,5 mu m). Results have been used to determine the dispersive distribution of aerosol particles in the compressed air.
