Influence of conditions of NH4ReO4/Al2O3-SiO2 system on activity of olefins methathesis catalyst.
Influence of calcination conditions of the NH4ReO4/Al2O3-SiO2 system on the activity of olefins methathesis catalyst has been presented. The system was calcinated for 2,6 and 16 hours at temperature ranging from 100 degrees C to 800 degrees C. Produced catalysts was used (after activation with tetraethyl lead (C2H5)(4)Pb) to the metathesis of hexene-1 and methyl erukate. At low temperatures the calcination was carried out longer to obtain relevant number of active centers. Catalysts obtained at 300 divided by 500 degrees C were the most active in the hexene metathesis reaction and those produced at 400 divided by 600 degrees C were the best for the metathesis of methyl erukate.
