Nonparametric-Estimation of the Frequency-Response Functions of the Linear Blocks of a Wiener-Hammerstein Model
This paper proposes a method to estimate the non-parametric frequency-response functions of the linear parts of a Wiener-Hammerstein model using specially designed periodic excitation signals. Weak assumptions are made concerning the static nonlinearity. The estimator is developed within a stochastic errors-in-variables framework. The applicability of the method is illustrated using simulations.
