An infinite-dimensional version of a lemma that has been crucial in the theory of H-infinity-control with measurement-feedback for finite-dimensional systems is proved. This extension is used to parametrize all controllers that solve the suboptimal H-infinity-control problem for a large class of infinite-dimensional systems.
