Yb-doped SrZrO3 was obtained at low sintering temperatures using the sol-gel process. From a precursor solution in acetic acid thin films were deposited by dip-coating. The films were characterized by means of profilometry, SEM and X-ray diffraction. They can be charged with hydrogen. The hydrogen content was measured by nuclear resonance reaction analysis (NRRA).
