Isotopic-substitution neutron diffraction as a probe of the structural environment of cations in superionic glasses
Isotopic-substitution neutron diffraction of superionic glasses can be used to probe the local and intermediate-range structure around modifier (mobile) cations in superionic glasses. This approach is illustrated by application to two glassy superionic systems : (Ag2S)(GeS2) and (Li2S)(SiS2).
