Anion trapping polymer electrolytes were prepared fi-om polymer hosts incorporating boroxine rings and pendant oligoether side chains. The materials exhibited high Li+ transference numbers and high ionic conductivity. Evidence for anion interaction with the boroxine ring was obtained from solid B-11-NMR spectroscopy.
