Estimation and Revision of Some Thermodynamic Data in the YBaCuO System .3. Heat-Capacities
By analysing the literature data for YBa2Cu3O7 (123-O7), YBa2Cu3O6 (123-O6), YBa2Cu4O8 (124-O8), YBa2Cu3.5O7.5 (123.5-O7.5), Y2BaCuO5 (211), BaCuO2 (011), Y2Cu2O5 (202), YCuO2 (101), Y2BaO4 (210), Y4Ba3O9 (430) and BaCu2O2 (012), the basic values of C(p)formal (298) and the corrected temperature dependences of the heat capacity are suggested. It is shown that it is preferable to use the method of addition of the heat capacities of the simple oxides constituting the complex compounds (the method of Neumann-Kopp) for the calculation of the temperature dependences of the heat capacities of the compounds. In addition, the C(p) = f(T) dependences were also calculated for Y2Ba2O5 (220), Ba2CuO3 (021). Ba3CuO4 (031), YBa4Cu3O8.5 (143-O8.5) and YBa2Cu5O9 (125-O9).
