A theory has been constructed for the Ostwald ripening of multi-component multiphase island films in their growth from a liquid phase. A complete system of equations is derived describing this process; its asymptotic solution is found. The influence of the substrate rotation rate in the solution on the growth kinetics of island films is considered.
