The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of disordered GaAs/AlAs superlattices were measured to investigate the electron transport phenomena of the intermixing of the superlattices due to thermal treatment. The results of the I-V measurements for the GaAs/AlAs superlattices show different behavior according to the barrier thickness. The measured results show behavior similar to the theoretical calculations.
