Polyaniline films have been electrodeposited onto stainless steel substrates and on the top of the polyaniline, thin layers of Sn and Cu are vacuum deposited. The junctions so formed were heated and the nature of the junction (ohmic or rectifying) is studied with current-voltage characteristics.
