주형합성법으로 제조한 구조규칙성 메조포러스 탄소 물질의 최근 연구 동향
Recent Progress on Ordered Mesoporous Carbon Molecular Sieves Synthesized Using Templated Synthesis Method

최근의 연구결과에 따르면 다양한 구조의 규칙성 메조포러스 탄소 물질 CMK-1, 2, 3를 메조포러스 실리카 또는 알루미노실리케이트 형태의 MCM-48, SBA-1, SBA-15 물질들의 기공 내에 적합한 탄소 원료를 채워넣고 탄화시킨 후 실리카 주형을 제거하는 주형 합성법을 사용하여 합성할 수 있다고 한다. 이렇게 합성한 탄소물질들은 균일한 기공을 가질 뿐만 아니라 넓은 표면적, 큰 기공부피를 나타낸다. 이러한 메조포러스 탄소 물질은 큰 분자의 흡착, 크로마토그래피, 전기화학적 신소재 등으로 많은 응용성이 있을 것으로 전망된다.
Ordered mesoporous carbon materials with various structure, denoted as CMK-1, 2, 3 have been synthesized by carbonization of appropriate carbon precursors inside mesoporous silica and aluminosilicate pores of MCM-48, SBA-1 and SBA-15. The mesoporous carbons obtained after the template removal exhibited significant mesopore size distributions, large nitrogen BET specific surface areas, and large pore volumes. The ordered mesoporous carbons are expected to be useful in many applications such as adsorption of large molecules, chromatography, and manufacturing of advanced electrochemical materials.
