공조용 열교환기의 열전달 성능에 관한 실험적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 열교환기의 튜브형태, 튜브회로 그리고 핀 피치와 같은 설계변수들이 HVAC 증발기의 열전달성능에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 설계변수들에 따른 열전달 특성을 핀튜브형 증발기를 통한 실험을 통해 조사하였다. 공기유속의 변화에 따른 전열량과 공기측 열전달계수의 변화를 측정하였으며, 냉매측 평균 열전달계수를 냉동사이클모사 프로그램을 통해 계산하였다. 본 실험을 통해서 핀튜브형 증발기의 전열량 및 열전달계수는 위와 같은 설계변수들의 영향을 크게 받는다는 사실을 확인하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the heat transfer performance of a HVAC evaporator, based on design parameters such as a tube type, a tube circuit and a fin pitch. Heat transfer characteristics for each design parameter was experimentally evaluated with evaporators of the finned-tube type. For five air velocities, the heat transfer rate and the air heat transfer coefficient were obtained. The averaged heat transfer coefficient for the liquid side was calculated by using a simulation program for a refrigeration cycle. From the present experiment, it was found that the heat transfer rate and the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporators were considerably affected by the design parameters.
