초록
Sr(1-x)M(x)Fe(1-τ)(3+)Fe(τ)(4+)O(3-y)계(x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4)에서 M자리에 Ba와 La을 부분 치환하여 1. Sr1.0Fe0.41(3+)Fe0.59(4+)O2.795, 2. Sr0.8Ba0.1La0.1Fe0.47(3+)Fe0.53(4+)O2.815, 3. Sr0.8Ba0.2Fe0.44(3+)Fe0.56(4+)O2.780, 4. Sr0.6Ba0.2La0.2Fe0.52(3+)Fe0.48(4+)O2.840 및 5. Sr0.6Ba0.4Fe0.64(3+)Fe0.36(4+)O2.680 고용체 시료를 합성하였다.
By partially substituting Ba and La at the M site of the Sr(1-x)M(x)Fe(1-τ)(3+)Fe(τ)(4+)O(3-y) (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4), the follosing products were synthesized; 1. Sr1.0Fe0.41(3+)Fe0.59(4+)O2.795, 2. Sr0.8Ba0.1La0.1Fe0.47(3+)Fe0.53(4+)O2.815, 3. Sr0.8Ba0.2Fe0.44(3+)Fe0.56(4+)O2.780, 4. Sr0.6Ba0.2La0.2Fe0.52(3+)Fe0.48(4+)O2.840 및 5. Sr0.6Ba0.4Fe0.64(3+)Fe0.36(4+)O2.680. Crystallographic symmetries of all the samples were found to be cubic. While the lattice parameter, a increased with Ba, it decreased slightly with La. As a whole, with the increased mole ratio of Ba and La, the amount of Fe(4+) decreased. Electrical conductivities of the samples 3 and 5, with only Ba ion substitutions, were smaller than the rest of the samples by approximately 2 orders. Sample 1 showed abrupt weight change at 867K, and its 3-y value was 2.54 at 1323 K. 3-y values of the rest of the samples gradually approached 2.5 as the temperature increased to 1323 K.
