Ethyl acetate was produced from gaseous ethanol and acetic acid using a lipase from Porcine Pancreas at 25 degrees C. Its production was investigated at different moisture content of lipase enzyme powder because it is known that moisture content of enzyme affects the reaction in the gas phase.
