Improvement in Ethanol-Production from Beet Molasses by Soy Flour Supplementation
Ethanol concentration and the rate of ethanol production were substantially increased when soy flour was added to the inoculum medium, which saved 95% added soy flour compared to supplementing fermentation medium. 11.7% ethanol was obtained by supplementing inoculum medium with soy flour and the fermentation time was reduced by more than 15%.
