A new three-dimensional inorganic-organic hybrid fluorinated-iron(III) arsenate: (C6H14N2)[Fe-3(HASO(4))(2)(AsO4)F-4]0.5H(2)O. Hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structure, and spectroscopic and magnetic properties
A new inorganic-organic hybrid fluorinated-iron(III) arsenate with the formula (C6H14N2)[Fe-3(HASO(4))(2)-(AsO4)F-4]0.5H(2)O is reported. The structure consists of a three-dimensional framework formed by chains and dimeric units of Fe(III) ions, which gives rise to layers interconnected by hydrogenarsenate anions. The ESR spectra are isotropic. Magnetic measurements indicate a three-dimensional antiferromagnetic ordering at low temperatures.
