황산암모늄에 의한 Copper Sulfide 의 열분해반응
Thermal Decomposition of Copper Sulfide with(NH4)2SO4
초록
Chalcopyrite로부터 Cu성분의 추출을 위한 새로운 공정을 모색하고자(NH4)2SO4에 의한 CuS의 열분해반응을 조사하였다. 본 반응계에서 CuS는 (NH4)2Cu(SO4)2 와 CuSO4의 형태로 황산화되어지며 적정반응조건은 반응온도 375℃, 반응시간 40min, CuS에 대한 (NH4)2SO4의 몰비 6.0이었다. 이 조건하에서 99.62%의 Cu가 CuS로부터 추출되었다.
The thermal decomposition of CuS with (NH4)2SO4 was investigated to find a new method for the extraction of Cu component from chalcopyrite. In this reactions, CuS was sulfated to (NH4)2SO2 or CuSO4 in the N2 atmosphere and the proper conditions for this sulfation were reaction temperature 375℃, reaction time 40min and mole ratio of (NH4)2SO4 to CuS 6.0. Under these conditions, 99.62% Cu was extracted from CuS.
