Analysis and design of gain scheduled sampled-data control systems
A framework for sampled-data gain scheduling is described that builds directly upon previous results for the continuous-time case. An existence condition for gain scheduled sampled-data controllers satisfying a linearization requirement about a family of equilibria is given. Examples are presented that suggest the necessity of this linearization requirement and illustrate how the existence condition can be met in a general setting.
