소화 하수슬러지의 유동층 소각(I)-단단 유동층 소각특성-

초록
실험실 규모의 유동층 소각로에서 자연 건조시킨 소화 하수슬러지의 유동층 소각특성을 파악하였다. 실험에 사용한 하수슬러지는 수분함량이 21%dlau 1050kcal/kg 정도의 낮은 발열량을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 보조연료와 별도의 층매질을 공급함이 없이 정상상태에서 연속적인 조업이 가능하였다. Freeboard 내에서 하수슬러지의 높은 연소율에 의해 연소효율은 94% 이상이었으며, 배출가스 중의 NOx 와 SO2 의 농도는 본 실험조건에서 각각 6.1-16.2ppm, 830-1310ppm이었다.
Combustion characteristics of digested sewage sludges dried in ambient condition were measured in a laboratory scale fluidized bed incinerator. In spite of the low heating value(1050kcal/kg) and the high moisture content(21%) of the sludge, steady state combustion could be obtained without addition of an aux-iliary fuel. Addition of bed material was not needed in the experiment. The combustion efficiency was achieved over 94% due to the high combustion rate of the sludge in the freeboard. Emissions of NOx and SO2 ranged 6.1-16.2ppm and 830-1310ppm, respectively, in given experimental conditions.
