Electrical conductivity of polycrystalline copper(I) bromide at low temperature (160-300 K)
The electrical conductivity of polycrystalline copper(l) bromide (CuBr) was investigated at low temperature (160-300 K) by four-point d.c. measurements and impedance spectroscopy. A change from predominant ionic conduction above 260 K to electron hole conduction below that temperature was observed. The activation energies in the different domains were examined in relation to defect models.
