Pyramidal inversion isomers in the solid-state structure of the tricyclic antimony-tellurium imido complex TeSb2Cl2((NBu)-Bu-t)(4)
The reaction of (BuNTe)-Bu-t(mu-(NBu)-Bu-t)(2)(TeNBu)-Bu-t with ClSb(mu-(NBu)-Bu-t)(2)SbCl in toluene produces the tricyclic complex { [(BuNSb)-Bu-t(mu-(NBu)-Bu-t)(2)(TeNBu)-Bu-t](mu-SbCl)}Cl- (3). In the solid state, the cation in 3 exists as an approximately 3:1 mixture of pyramidal inversion isomers.
