Similarity solutions for jet breakup for various models of viscoelastic fluids
We study the existence of similarity solutions for surface tension driven jet breakup without inertia in viscoelastic fluids. A variety of models are analyzed. It is found that there are major qualitative differences between different kinds of models, even where the elongational viscosities are similar.
