Isochoric heat capacity c(v) of carbon dioxide and sulfur hexafluoride in the critical region
For a c(nu)-calorimeter of small dimensions, the procedure of measurement was changed from discontinuous to continuous to avoid heat loss and to increase the output of c(nu) data. Values of c(nu) were measured in the vicinity of the critical point. The critical exponent alpha was fitted to the values of c(nu) measured at nearly critical density. Results for c(nu) and alpha Of CO2 and SF6 are presented.
