A new isolated tie-back system provides both hydraulic and mechanical isolation, a combined flow area larger than the tubing above, and an acceptable solution for access to main bore and lateral. The multilateral system is based on a premilled window and on a latch coupling placed in the 95/8-in. liner section. The full-length paper details the complete system.
