Recycled polyurethane foams were prepared with variables of form and contents on the waste polyurethane foams as filler. They were analyzed for mechanical and physical properties by measuring of strength, combustibility, absorptibity, and void ratio. The results showed that recycled polyurethane foam using filler forms of cube and bar except powder can reuse up to 60wt% waste foam contents.
