졸-겔법에 의해 다공성 SUS 지지체에 합성한 TiO2/Al2O3/SiO2 복합막의 기체 투과 특성
Gas Permeation Characteristics of TiO2/Al2O3/SiO2 Composite Membrane Prepared on Porous SUS Support by Sol-Gel Method
Titania-alumina-silica composite membrane is prepared on a porous stainless steel(SUS) support disk by sol-gel process. The prepared membrane is characterized through permeation test with hydrogen, nitrogen, water and methanol at 150-250 ℃. The membrane showed molecular sieve effect and permeation stability even at elevated temperatures.
