용융염 LiCl-Li2O-Li3N에서 AISI 304/316LN의 부식거동
Corrosion Behavior of AISI 304 and 316LN Stainless Steels in the Molten Salts of LiCl-Li2O-Li3N
In the development of the advanced spent fuel management process based on the molten salt technology, it is essential to choose the optimum materials for the process equipment handling molten salt. As a part of assessment and application of the structural material for the molten salt handling system, corrosion behavior of stainless steels of 304 and 316LN in the molten salts was investigated. In a molten salt of LiCl, the oxide scale of (Fe, Ni) Cr2O4 was formed at the rate of similar parabolic kinetics. But in the molten salt of LiCl-Li2O-Li3N, the nitride scale of CrN was formed at the rate of simliar linear kinetics. The corrosion rate of 304 stainless steel in the molten salt of LiCl was lower than that of 316LN. But the corrosion rate of 304 stainless steel in the molten salts of LiCl-Li2O-Li3N was higher than that of 316LN.
