폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 아세트산을 이용한 TiO2의 제조 및 피리미딘계 화합물 분해에의 적용
Preparation of TiO2 Using Polyethylene Glycol and Acetic Acid and the Application to Decomposition of a Pyrimidine Derivative
TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method using polyethylene glycol(PEG) and acetic acid, and was applied to the photocatalytic decomposition of 6-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-methyl pyrimidine (HIMP). When the photocatalyst was prepared using H2O with acetic acid and PEG, the catalytic activity increased with the decrease of amount of H2. When H2O was not added, the catalytic activity was increased with the decrease of amount of PEG. However, no PEG gave very low activity.
