New stabilization criteria for linear time-varying systems with state delay and norm-bounded uncertainties
This note deals with the stabilization problem of a class of uncertain linear time-varying systems with state delay. Simple stabilizability criteria are proposed in terms of the global controllability of the nominal system. The feature of this note is that the stabilizability conditions and stabilizing controllers do not involve the solution of any Riccati differential equation and, hence, they are easy to verify and design.
