Solubilities of 1-butene in (methanol plus benzene) and (methanol plus cyclohexane) at T=298.15 K and p=40 kPa to 102 kPa
Solubilities of 1-butene at p = (40 kPa to 102) kPa and T = 298.15 K are presented for {xCH(3)OH + (1 - x)C6H6} and {xCH(3)OH + (1 - x)C6H12}. The data are correlated by the Redlich-Kister equation and Henry's constants are determined. The resulting Henry's constants show large deviations from ideal solubilities, and this tendency is significant for {xCH(3)OH + (1 - x)C6H12}. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
