Catalytic reaction performed in the liquid-liquid system: comparison of conventional and neural networks modelling methods
A comparative analysis of two modelling methods has been performed for the hydrolysis of propionic anhydrite catalysed with sulphuric acid. The first modelling method is based on a theory of mass transfer with simultaneous catalytic reaction; in the second method the reaction kinetics and mass transfer phenomena are approximated with the neural network.
