Characterization of polyelectrolyte effect in poly(acrylic acid) solutions
The viscometric behavior of poly(acrylic acid) solutions, as well as their ion transport properties, were monitored as a function of polymer concentration and the addition of KOH in nonisoionic conditions. Polyelectrolyte effect was studied and characterized by conductivimetry as well as viscometric properties at the infinite dilution limit. (C) 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
