Polyester Resin의 접착력과 표면 특성에 미치는 Coupling Agent의 영향
Effect of Coupling Agent on Adhesion Force and Surface Properties of Polyester Resins
Adhesion forces, surface energies and compositions of polyester resins blended with different coupling agents were measured by 180 ℃ peel test, contact angle and XPS measurements respectively, in order to investigate the effect of coupling agent on the adhesion and surface properties. In the case of resin-B, which contains aromatic and aliphatic diacid, C-1(n-phenyl-gamma-aminopropytrimathoxysilane) enhanced the adhesion force whereas the others did not. Resins-A showed very small adhesion forces for all the coupling agents. For resin-B, the surface energy results were consistent with adhesion results.
