국산 Clinoptilolite를 이용한 암모니아 제거 특성에 관한 연구 Part 2 : 순환 유동층 반응기에서의 암모니아 제거 특성
A Study on Ammonia Removal Properties using Clinoptilolite Part 2 : Ammonia Removal Properties in Recirculating Fluidized Bed Reactor

순환 유동층 반응기(RFBR)에서는 유량이 424 ml/min(체류시간=32분)이고 암모니아 초기농도(Ci)가 3 ppmdlfEo SR(clinoptilolite양)=8에서 85%이상의 제거율을 보였고 Ci=1ppm 일 때 SR=10에서 70%이상의 제거율을 보였다. 그리고 알루미늄의 연속적인 제거율도 70%이상을 유지했으며 폐제올라이트의 연속적인 재생도 가능하였다. 이 장치를 이용한 암모니아의 연속적인 제거/재생공정은 50,000㎥/day 기준 3ppm 농도의 암모니아 제거시 (<0.5ppm) 처리수 톤 당 처리비용이 40원 미만이 될 것으로 나타났다.
Using Recirculating Fluidized-Bed Reactor (RFBR), more than 85% and 70% of ammonia were removed at initial ammonia concentration (Ci) of 3 ppm and SR=8, and Ci=1ppm, SR=10, respectively, where flow rate is 424 ml/min. Simultaneous removal of aluminum ion reached 70% at the second condition. Also continuous regeneration of deactivated zeolite was possible. Continuos removal of ammonia and regeneration processes using clinoptilolite & RFBR will cost below 40 won per ton water for treating 50,000㎥/day-water having 3 ppm ammonia.
