Ethosome에 포집된 L-ascorbic acid의 안정성
Stability of L-ascorbic Acid Entrapped in Ethosome
To increase the stability of ascorbic acid(AA), ethosome, which is hydrated liquid crystalline vesicle, was used to entrap it. AA concentration was measured directly by HPLC with as UV-visible detector. The test samples were stored at 40 ℃ or in room under light for several days. Both of thermal stability and light stability of AA entrapped in ethosome were enhanced compared to that in solution.
