Greywater reuse: knowledge management for sustainability
This paper aims to highlight the value of knowledge management in greywater reuse. It presents a model of knowledge management that shows how institutional knowledge can be created in water management. It is concluded that water knowledge is created through developing a process of transforming water tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. The knowledge creation is realized through a process of socialization. Local knowledge can be formalized through the reflection of water professionals. A case study on greywater reuse in Jordan is presented.
