Films of chalcogenide glassy semiconductors: new phenomena and new applications
In this short review, we consider recent new data on photoinduced phenomena in films of chalcogenide glassy semiconductors. New application of these films for fabrication of IR microlens arrays and photonic-band-gap crystals are also discussed. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
