Within the framework of the Interagency Commission (IC) on Allowance for Production and Use of Fuels, Oils, Lubricants, and Special Fluids, qualimetry is based on the use of systems of qualification evaluation methods (SQEM). In accordance with the rules for conducting acceptance tests for these petroleum products for different types of equipment, these systems include fast testing methods in full-scale units, model, single-cylinder units, and in internal combustion engines combined with methods in petroleum product standards (or technical) documentation.
