Favorable synergetic effects between CuO and the reactive planes of ceria nanorods
High-energy, more reactive {001} and {110} planes of CeO2 nanorods were found to generate favorable synergetic effects between CuO and ceria, resulting in significant enhancement of the copper catalyst performance for CO oxidation.
