Electrical properties of composites based on silver-conductive glasses infiltrated under high pressure into diamond powder compacts
Novel Ag+-conductive composites were prepared by infiltration of silver phosphate glass into diamond powder compacts under high pressure and elevated temperature. Obtained composites exhibit high conductivity (alpha= 1.6 . 10(-2) S/cm at 200 degrees C), much better thermal stability, and improved mechanical properties, compared to the glass used for infiltration.
