Thermal steam pyrolysis of hydrocarbon feedstock in tube furnaces is a strategic process all over the world in production of basic semifinished products in petrochemistry - ethylene and propylene, the basic feedstock for production of plastics, synthetic fibres, rubber, detergents, etc. [1]. Its share of ethylene and propylene production is 100 and 67%, respectively [2-4]. In addition to lower olefins, benzene, whose share in world production is 39 wt. %, is also manufactured by this process [5].
