ITO film by a wet coating can be applied to packing materials for electronic parts due to its high transparency, high anti-adhesion of dust, and high prevention property from electromagnetic wave. ITO film dried at 100℃ for 1 min was best in durability and its properties were constant after a peeling test of 10 repeating times. The ITO film was prepared by a coating of ITO emulsion solution on 125μm PET and it had 91 % transmittance, 0.6 % hase, and 3X10⁵ Ω cm conductance.
