Implementation of observer for on-line estimation of concentration in continuous-stirred membrane bioreactor: Application to the fermentation of lactose
The design of non-linear observer for on-line estimation of biomass and substrate concentration is presented. This observer was implemented on computer for on-line concentration measurements. A good agreement between the experimental data and the estimated data are obtained except for the biomass where a divergence was observed after 40 h of investigation.
