전기방사에 의해 형성된 PVAc의 비드 형태에 관한 연구
A study about bead morphology form on electrospun Polyvinylacetate(PVAc)
Dissolved polyvinylacetate(PVAc) in the various solvent system were electrospun to prepared ultra fiber. Ethanol, methanol, MC(methylene chloride) were used as a solvent and the fixed conditions applied to electrospinning such as 100μl/min of flow rate. 10cm of tip-to-collector distance(TCD). The electrospun PVAc fibers produced including the beads. The size and morphology of beads depends on the each solvent concentration and applied voltage. 10wt% PVAc dissolved in the ethanol and mathanol gave a bead fiber containing deeply pitted shape. In the case of 15wt% PVAc dissolved ethanol on the lower voltage(10KV) applied, the produced bead has smooth surface. On the contrary in case of MC/EtOH solvent system, the surface of bead was rough. Particularly MC was used for solvent. Porous beaded fiber was formed. For the all solvent system as the concentration and voltage increased the bead size and size distribution decreased.
