Fe antidot arrays have been fabricated by ion beam sputtering method onto the porous alumina templates. Conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy was used to describe the magnetic moment distribution of the Fe amidot arrays. A component of the magnetic moment was found in the perpendicular direction of the film plane. The experimental results of magnetic moment distribution can be well explained by a simple model.
