120 nm stimulated anti-Stokes Raman scattering in the active medium of the KrF laser
Up-conversion of 248-nm emission via stimulated anti-Stokes Raman scattering in the active medium of the KrF laser has been investigated theoretically. The conditions have been estimated under which the radiative coupling of the ionic B, Rydberg E, and covalent X states of KrF yields coherent emission in the 120-nm spectral range.
