Solvothermal synthesis of NiS2-xSex nanocrystallines
NiS2-xSex nanocrystallines (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 2) was successfully synthesized by solvothermal method at 180-200 degreesC. It was found that both temperature and solvent have important effects on the formation of NiS2-xSex nanocrystallines.
